What is your cancellation policy?

24 hour notification is required. Notification of less than 24 hours will be charged for the full amount of the session.

Do I lose my regularly scheduled training time if I am gone for an extended period of time?

I do my best to save your regularly scheduled times however this will depend on the amount of time you will be away and availability of time slots.

Where can I park?

For JK Zen Fitness location: There is parking under the Pacific Theaters building. Entrance is on Robertson Blvd. or Alden. Bring your ticket to the gym for validation. $2 for 2 hours with validation.

For Beverly Hills Posture location: There is parking underneath the buildings or metered parking on the street. Please bring your parking ticket with you for payment in the office. $5 with validation.

Fitness Training

How often should I train with you?

Although this depends on your individual situation, people generally train 2-3 times per week.

What type of training is the best for me?

This depends on your specific needs. I usually incorporate a variety of training tools to address all of your fitness needs. This includes Pilates for core stability, flexibility, and toning, Resistance or Weight Training for pure strength and muscular development, and Functional Training for functional strength, balance, agility, and athletic performance.

Payment

What type of payment do you accept?

Rehab2Fitness accepts check, cash and credit card payments. Payment for your treatment is required at the time of service.

Do you accept health insurance for physical therapy services?

Unfortunately, we do not accept health insurance.

Physical Therapy

What do I need to be seen for physical therapy?

You would need a current physical therapy prescription (within 1 month) from your physician which includes a medical diagnosis.

How long can I come to physical therapy?

Continuation of physical therapy services is based your physicians recommendations, medical necessity, and progress towards goals you have set with your physical therapist.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a style of exercise based on the method originally developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1920’s. It focuses on increasing core trunk stability while building a balanced sculpted body.
